Will I get paid in 5 minutes?
Our goal is to send payment within five minutes after the card has passed verification, you accept the offer and the payout is approved, during operating hours. Card checks, network issues and bank delays can take longer. No exact time is guaranteed.
How is my gift card checked?
We review the card brand, value, region and proof of ownership. We may ask for additional proof through an agreed secure verification process. Do not reveal the redeemable code or PIN in the first upload.
When will I know my selling price?
You'll receive a quote in Ghana cedis after the details have been reviewed. Rates depend on the card, denomination, currency, region and market conditions. You can accept or decline.
How do I receive payment?
Once your card is accepted and verified, our team manually sends the agreed GHS amount to your chosen MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money or Ghana bank account, then confirms the transfer.
Does uploading guarantee my card will be purchased?
No. A submission starts a review only. We may decline cards that cannot be verified, are unsupported, already redeemed, or raise ownership concerns.
